In 2018, a group of women from different areas of the country got together to discuss their vision of an organization that would promote sisterhood, volunteerism, and financial independence for women. They incorporated the lessons learned through their individual journey of motherhood, marriage and military life.

Collectively, they shared life lessons with other women who now face the same trials and tribulations that they once experienced. Since that time, ZEΠ has quintupled in size and increased its partnerships and outreach to the community.
